The fraction inside is indeterminate. The standard tool is the l'Hospital rule, there seems to be no alternative trick. However, this rule only applies to fractions and there is the logarithm interfering. Since it is a nice (continuous) function, you can "pull it out of the limit" (cf. nice outer function).
