• Introduction: real functions, domain, inverse.
• Operations including composition, transformations.
• Basic properties: boundedness, intercepts, symmetry, periodicity.
• Continuity and discontinuities (requires knowledge of Limits).
• Monotonicity (local and on intervals) and local/global extrema.
• Concavity and points of inflection.
