• Mountain hotel Kohútka in the center of the ski area Kohútka.

When to get there?

• The workshop starts on Sunday, 8th February, in the evening.
• The registration starts at 4 PM.
• The dinner is at 6:30 PM.
• The workshop ends on Thursday, 12th February, in the morning by breakfast.

How to get there?

• Public transport

  The recommended transport from Prague is
  • the express train "EC 129 Valašský expres" departing from Prague hl.n. at 13:08, arriving in Vsetín at 17:02,
  • the local train "S23 (Os 13277)" departing from Vsetín at 17:05, arriving in Nový Hrozenkov at 17:36 (this train usually waits for the express train to arrive even in case of delay),
  • the ski bus from the station "Nový Hrozenkov" to the hotel, departing at approximately 17:45.

The skibus from the train station "Nový Hrozenkov" is ordered and guaranteed only on Sunday, 8th February (in case of a train delay, the ski bus will wait).

If you arrive at a different time, you need to get to the bus stop "Nový Hrozenkov, Vranča, konečná" and arrange the transport from Vranča to the hotel individually (in advance by e-mail to heliskat@fel.cvut.cz).

• By car

  The venue is located in Javorníky mountains on the border between the Czechia and Slovakia, GPS: 18.2298658 E, 49.2948153 N.

You can reach the Kohútka hotel by car, but from the parking lot at the bus stop "Nový Hrozenkov, Vranča, konečná" to the hotel (approximately 3 km, superelevation about 400 m), snow chains are usually required during winter season.

Conference fee

• The conference fees are
  • 9 200 CZK (ca. 370 EUR) for regular participant,
  • 8 200 CZK (ca. 330 EUR) for student,
  • 8 500 CZK (ca. 345 EUR) for accompanying person.
• The conference fee includes
  • accommodation in four-bedded or five-bedded rooms with own bathrooms,
  • full board (without drinks for lunch and dinner),
  • coffee, tea and water during coffee breaks,
  • conference materials.
• Skipass is not included.
• The conference fee is required to be paid by invoice issued by the Kohútka hotel.
