When to get there?

• The workshop starts on Sunday, 4th February, in the evening.
• The registration starts at 4 PM.
• The dinner is at 6:30 PM.
• The workshop ends on Friday, 9th February, at noon by lunch.

How to get there?

• Public transport

  The recommended transport from Prague is
  • 11:19-15:03 train Ex 127 "Valašský expres" from the train station "Prague" to the train station "Vsetín"
  • 15:55-16:27 local train Os 13273 from the train station "Vsetín" to the train station "Nový Hrozenkov"
  • skibus from the train station "Nový Hrozenkov" to the hotel.
  The skibus from the train station "Nový Hrozenkov" is ordered and guaranteed only on Sunday, 4th February, at 4:30 PM (it will wait in case of train delay). If you are going to arrive at a different time, you should take a bus to "Nový Hrozenkov, Vranča, konečná" (from "Nový Hrozenkov" or from "Vsetín"), see the planner (in Czech). In this case, please, arrange the individual transport to the hotel (by e-mail to heliskat@fel.cvut.cz).

• By car

  Use the motorway D1 through Brno and Kroměříž, drive down on exit 265 to the road R55, then exit to the road 49 to Zlín and furhter follow the signs "Vsetín". In Vsetín by the petrol station Shell, turn twice left and follow the signs "Velké Karlovice", drive through the villages "Ústí u Vsetína" (here you must turn left to the direction "Velké Karlovice"), "Janová", "Hovězí", "Huslenky" and "Halenkov" to "Nový Hrozenkov", where you turn right to "Vranča" and after 4 km you will drive to parking place. Then it is possible to continue to the hotel (approximately 3 km, superelevation about 400 m) only with snow chains.

• Participants are encouraged to give approximately 30-minute talks (in English), which will take place from Monday, February 5, till Thursday, February 8.

Conference fee

• The conference fees are
  • 11 500 CZK (ca. 480 EUR) for regular participant,
  • 9 500 CZK (ca. 400 EUR) for student,
  • 10 500 CZK (ca. 440 EUR) for accompanying person.
• The conference fee includes
  • accommodation in four-bedded or five-bedded rooms,
  • full board (without drinks for lunch and dinner),
  • coffee, tea and water during coffee breaks,
  • conference materials.
• Skipass is not included.
• The conference fee is required to be paid by invoice issued by the Kohútka hotel.
